End your sentences with an answer, offering some choices.
At least, change something of pre-made ideas or adventures before using them.
Players should be able to choose their PCs.
Rules should not limit fun; rules can be changed in favor of fun.
Only PCs should have the spotlight over them, because everything is centered in them.
We don't play to recreate real world, but just for fun. I mean, who tells I can't jump from that building? [As a player too!].
